Depending on the Receptionist, you can expect 2 way calling system to screen calls. If you are NOT a member and you want to get a session, leave a message and then the recptionist will call you back. If you are a Member please give us your Member ID or Number so we are able to identify you as such.

We ask that you look our"Clientele We Cater To"& "Etiquette" page FIRST to see if you are a Good Match for our Establishment. You must Agree to our terms to Become a Member. Make sure you have read our "Spa Packages" Page, detailed package descriptions and what the package includes before calling to book. We offer such a wide variety of packages it is best for you to read them over yourself so you understand the package you are have chosen. Also, it is good to look over the website so there are no misunderstanding about the services in which we provide. We can NOT book an appointment unless you fit our member guidelines, and completely understand A. We are a No Full Service Est or "Extras" B. know and understand what you can expect from the package you chose. C. Understand we are not the typical BodyRub/ Nuru Studio. We are exclusive and only cater to men who are respectful, kind and sweet. We cater to ONLY the finest gentlemen clientele. We understand there is another side to this business that doesn't care and will take anyone....We are NOT one of those places. We will not take clients if we feel it would not be good match our Artist and/or our Establishent  We cater to a very specific class of men. Money comes and goes. Allowing energy that is not congruent with ours  is NEVER worth it. We like you to look on the site so you can see the distinction.  Also, by looking at the website for yourself you get to see and get a feeling what we are about. Our website is very easy to navigate through and will  answer all and any of your questions. You are more than welcome to call and ask questions. However, it is a sign of respect to make that effort and take the time to see for yourself. Any additional questions of course do not hesitate to ask.

Do NOT call and ASK inappropriate questions.

What's inappropriate? Asking for illegal services.We are NO Full Service or "Extras" est. It is so rude to call and ask for illegal services. Maybe you are new to bodyrub, maybe you're just rude and didn't read where we post everywhere on our ads and site, maybe you are not the sharpest tool in the shed, maybe you have alterior motives.... We don't know, we don't even care because those questions will NOT be entertained. If that's what you're looking for, you won't find it here anyways so best not to waste your time or ours. Also, keep in mind that if you don't have enough sense or manners over the phone that is an indicator that you may not have sense or manners when you come in for a session. Happiness, Comfort and Joy is too valuable to risk.

Lateness, Confirmation Calls & No Shows:  

You must call previous to your appointment if you are running late or you need to cancel. Once an Appointment is 10 Minutes late without a phone call to let us know priorly we give away your appointment. New Clients who come late without a phone call to let us know they are running late are denied membership. Confirmation Calls the day of your appointment upon advanced booking. You must Call the morning of your appointment by Noon to secure your appointment. If we do not receive the confirmation call by noon on the day of your appointment we can not hold your spot. Clients who simply do not show up to their appointment without calling first to let us know they can't make it will be Blacklisted. You must call to cancel your appointment before your appointmen. The more advanced you call to cancel, the better.

What should I do when I am ready to Book? 

We recommend calling for an appointment in advance if you are looking for a specifically desired time.
Members & Prospective Clients you MUST let us know:
1. You have Read & Agree to our Terms that you have read on our 'Clientele We Cater To' & 'Etiquette' Page.
2. Have the Package you have Chosen Ready. Let us know you have read the package descriptions & details.
3.Regular Clients, allow us to know that you have been here before. Give us inforamtion such as Member ID or Number so we can confirm that you are an existing member.
New Clients have a Business URL & 'Good Standing' References. We Require a Screening Process. We only take clients that we are able to verify and are a 'Good Standing' Client.
What's a 'Good Standing' Client Reference?
If we call the establishment you frequent and they vouch for you that you : show up on time, are very respectful, make sure the girls are taken care of and they enjoy their time with you. We keep an good, honest & positive repoire with other establishments using our honorary system.

How much time do I need to book an Appointment?

We are never really sure and it is hard to predict what time slots we're going to get booked up for. Rule of thumb call a few hours before. Sometimes calling the day befor is best. Always be polite and have your inforamtion ready for the receptionist. The number 1 way we spot trouble and cut it off before it has a chance to make it in here is through the way the client speaks to the phone girl. Shelly and Sarah both use their intuition and common sense when booking appointments as well. We could just tell by the way you answer our questions that you would not be a good match,we'd rather not risk taking the appointment and allowing someone who isn't DeLaLuna Client Member quality into our establishment. It is always best to have common sense, good manners and do your research before calling. Also, if you  have some references available and ready for us. Give us other bodyrub places you frequent that can vouch for you.  However, the bottom line is if we have a feeling you are not a good match, it's a no go. We feel bad when we are unsure but it's never worth the risk of compromising our happiness or integrity.

When you are in session what are the rules, how should I behave?

Always be RESPECTFUL to our Artist. We promise any girl who works here that there clients are respectful, kind and sweet Men. When you come in your Specialist will give you a set of simple directions on getting situated and how the bodyrub or Nuru session will start. Sia is very accommodating and will make sure you are all set up and comfortable. That is GUARANTEED and Without fail. Have your Donation down Before the Session starts. If you have any requests do so in the beginning.That way, Sia can prepare and map out how to perform the session in the best way possible. Also, if you make a request that is inappropriate or rude she can decide if she even wants to proceed the session. If you come in and ask for something that is CLEARLY stated that we don't provide and/or is against our Guidelines or Policies, you will be escorted out and blacklisted. We have a zero tolerance policy when it come to wasting our time needlessly. We go to great lengths to NOT to waste your time.  This is a No Full Service, NO "Extras" Exclusive bodyrub and nuru studio, you are here for a BodyRub, Nuru or Fetish Session.  Let your specialist take good care of you and work her magic. She loves her job and she loves people. She is very thoughtful and caring.

Don't come in with nervous energy unless you are willing to work through calming it.

Sounds odd, but don't come in with nervous energy. You can come in with exhausted or stressed out energy. We understand that. We're here to help wash all that stress and exhaustion out of your system. But when clients come in here all sketched out, nervous, acting disrespectful even non verbally alluding to disrespectful behavior...Guess what? You are going to make us nervous. And that's a red flag to us that you should not be in here.  We don't like to be nervous things should be calm and peaceful. Be open to letting us calm you down using breathing techniques. If you just want to act up and behave inappropriately, you're out!! And without a refund if need be. If we try to help you calm down and you just do whatever you want to do like some kind of wild man. You will be treated like a wild man and be escorted out with no refund. This NEVER happens on that level but at any rate it is important to note it will not be tolerated on any level. 

What are the boundaries and since I paid does that mean I can overlook them?

NO!! If the girl tells you her boundaries you have to respect them. We took the time in great length to describe in our packages page and links. Just because you go to another place and another provide does what she does for you does not mean you are entitled when you pay a certain price to get that from every bodyrub girl you see. Everything here is made clear. The Artist will tell you her boundries. If you ask for something she doesn't do, she will tell you I don't do that. DO NOT BADGER HER. She shouldn't have to say NO more than once. The Artist should NEVER feel like she has to in anyway struggle to keep a client from doing something she is uncomfortable with. We tell our Artist & Grant them Permission, if a client ever does this to you she is more than welcome to have them escorted out by security WITHOUT REFUND. You are a grown man, we know that you know better than that.

Always Ask FIRST*

Don't go ahead and just do something without the girls consent. BE gentle and kind. You are NOT entitled to another person's articles of clothing or body. If anything takes a thought or is questionable... Just Ask first. We are understanding and open minded but it is the right thing to do to ask first. If she says no then you have to respect that. It is NOT ok to just go ahead and do anything that maybe perceived as rude or inappropriate.

 

How do I ensure that I get GOOD Quality Service? 

Simple, be the client you agreed to be when calling to make an appointment with us. We say over and over again and we really can not emphasize this enough... We only cater to RESPECTFUL, KIND and SWEET Gentlemen only. you are GUARANTEED GOOD SERVICE if you honor our agreement. You must fit our guidelines, Clientele We Cater To, Etiquette, & you have read our packages descriptions and understand that is the service we supple that  you are going to get. That is our promise!!!

What are some things that will damper the quality of my service?

If you are not being respectful, kind or caring of your specialist.  Be considerate and thoughtful.Coming in with too much sexual or

nervous energy communicate and be willing to work through that and change it. Get to know the girl. If you don't know how to control yourself around a beautiful woman as you come through the door... you are not a respectful person.

These are just some examples of awkard, inappropriate behavior that will make your Artist uncomfortable and feel that she must put up her guard with you: Coming in and within the first 5-20 minutes doing the every 2 second chronic head turn, trying to flip over, talking dirty, demanding the girl talk dirty, trying to grope her, trying to take off her lingerie (esp.without her consent). Table Humpers: It's understandable but you need to relax. It's weird for the girls to know how to deal with a table humper. You're just giving us too much and plus it's not sexy.The reality is, It just makes it harder for the girl to give you a bodyrub without laughing or making the "you have got to be kidding, is this really happening" confused face. Kissers: if she turns her head or pulls away that means 'No Thanks'. Don't keep trying doing any of these things, it's just weird & uncomforable.

We provide a service that is special, it takes its time, it is calm, caring and nurturing. It is full of mutual respect and set with a decorum of class. It should be a romantic, sensual seduction that happens naturally. Forcing it or rushing it is NEVER sexy!! All good things worth while take time, be patient and enjoy the experience.  

Always make your requests in the beginning.. It's ok to say I like this or that. But giving orders like she is your subordinate is unacceptable. And if you are going to make a million requests and want everything done to your specific taste your way then make sure you take Extra SPECIAL care of your Artist.
Do we usually Get "Problem" Clients in Here?
NO, we don't. And we like to believe it's because we take this extra precaution to Educate Prospective Clients on what is appropriate and inappropriate behavior for our establishment. We NEED to know Prospective Clients understand that. This is a compilation of grievences Artists who have worked here or we are friends with that have experienced at other places they have worked at before that really made them unhappy and/or hindered their ability to do the best they can do.
We don't ever like hearing that the girl had a negative or even nuetral experience.A Bad experience will resonate, you can't take them back. It is never worth the money for a girl or client to feel taken advantage of or like the session wasn't what it should've been because of the way the client was conducting themselves.

I am sure for many of you reading this do not behave like this and have the common sense, respect and thoughtfulness not to behave in such a manner. I'm sure are surprised that someone would even have to explain things that are so completely simple. However, this is New York and this is an Industry that has so many different providers, parlors and just people who conduct their business so completely different. It's best to spell it all out rather than assume people should know this. We enjoy providing quality service that is full of mutual respect, love and appreciation. Keeping it Exclusive and making sure every experience is positive, beautiful and has a personal and loving touch will ALWAYS mean more to us than quantity or money.
